This has to be the SLOWEST service I have ever had. This restaurant is staffed by the laziest, most incompetent people I have EVER had the misfortune of being served by. These employees are not only an embarrassment to the dairy queen franchise, but to the human race.
The restrooms are nasty and smell like pee. The male cooks do not wear hair nests to protect hair from getting in the food . Parking lot was dirty and the front workers are not professional they are loud and rude
The person at the drive thru was the rudest fast food employee I have ever dealt with. I go inside, place my order, and at first they forgot half of it, then when they went to correct it, they did it wrong, and then when I tried to correct the lady behind the counter, she argued with me, even while the other employee was telling her to just do it this way. I drove all the way here from Ringgold with my little girl to get me, her, and her mama a treat. I will NEVER go back to this poor excuse of an establishment
