It's so beautiful here. No matter what the weather. Watching a big storm roll in or watching the sunset. It's all beautiful when mother nature paints a picture. Not to mention the fur babies just love it as much as squeaky toys and delicious treats. And the chasing of the critters.
The time I spent on Grand Bayou was made unforgettable by the friendly owner of Grand Bayou Outfitters. The peace and serenity there is amazing. The children really enjoyed the trampoline, swings and slide. Being able to have our four legged family friend there with us truly made it a "Family" vacation! Thank you Vince and Betsy for reminding us how fun the outdoors can be!
Grand Bayou Outfitters has been everything we could have dreamt of, and some!! 4, quaint yet roomy, cabins perfectly placed along side Grand Bayou Lake. With it's breathtaking scenery, quite and calming atmosphere, that's filled with the sounds of nature. Refreshingly, the owner as well as the few locals we encountered, were exceptionally friendly and nice. Our long overdue getaway, was exactly what we needed! And I'm certain that we'll be back time and again, for years to come! Thank You Grand Bayou Outfitters!
Owner asked for deposit in cash which was shady and we only stayed a day and charged us for two nights. Will not stay here you might as well sleep in your car than this place
Terrible place. If I could rate this place below one star I would. Stayed here and the place stinks so bad does not wash sheets blood and gross stuff on bed and walls. Smell like dog and cats pee.
The owners if the property was very nice and the cabins were nice and cozy. Stayed with my husband and five kids more than enough room. I will definitely go back.
